    I logged into pacer and not a lot is happening on the case. It’s bogged down in legal details. The most recent action was I think a change of attorneys for some of the quartzview people/person? (i am not a lawyer)

    On February 28th 2023, Original Sixteen to One Mine, Incorporated and additional Plaintiffs filed a one hundred twenty-five million dollar ($125,000,000) Federal lawsuit against Quartzview Inc. and other Defendants. Allegations include fraudulent conduct, illegal filings, elder abuse and breach of contract.
